Mayor Scott Aagre and candidate Michael Sachs generously donated a continental breakfast to the local Hazlet Senior Citizen Club.

The Hazlet Republican Club generously funded two scholarships for two seniors at Raritan High School for most improved male and female student to help further their educational goals.

Mayor Scott Aagre and Committeeman James Brady volunteer with the Hazlet Environmental Commission along with many other volunteers and went door-to-door handing out approximately 1,000 CFL bulbs to Hazlet residents

Mayor Scott Aagre and Deputy Mayor Dave Tinker participated in 2010 celebration of reading and Dr. Seuss' 106th birthday on March 2nd. Each of the 6 elementary schools were visited along with many of the Hazlet School Administrators and staff.
